The Brazilian fintech competes for the award in two categories
On November 3, the SBC Awards 2022 will take place, an award that will be offered during the SBC Latinoamérica. Pay4Fun appears in the shortlist of the “Payment Solution of the Year” category and its CEO, Leonardo Baptista, competes as “Leader of the Year”.
SBC Latinoamérica is one of the largest conferences for senior executives in the Latin American entertainment industry. The event takes place from November 1st to 3rd, 2022 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, USA.
This will be the second edition of the SBC Awards Latinoamérica. Its objective is to honor the outstanding companies that represent the entertainment industry in Latin America.
The celebration will feature around 400 guests, including operators from operators, affiliates and vendors from all major areas such as payments, marketing, platform and data providers.

SBC Latinoamérica will bring product leaders and experts from retail and online operators in markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and others to Florida to share information on best practices, launching into new territories, marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology.
Leonardo Baptista, CEO of Pay4Fun also participates in the panel “All eyes on Brazil”. The debate deals with the new era of the gaming and betting scene in Brazil. With potential industry regulation kicking in, the market in Latin America’s largest country is already worth billions.
The Brazilian gaming industry is gearing up for market entry and is focusing on two bills and international expectations. The panel analyzes the country’s new challenges as it enters a market that has been unregulated for decades.
